Security & privacy at Tarnz Studio

This page is maintained by Tarnz Studio to answer common security and privacy questions about tarnzstudio.com. It describes the controls currently in place on this website and is provided for transparency — it is not an independent certification or third-party audit.

tarnzstudio.com is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, served over HTTPS on a globally distributed edge network. Authentication, database, and storage are provided by Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase). Lovable and its sub-processors are responsible for platform-level infrastructure; Tarnz Studio is responsible for the application built on top of it.

Customer-facing pages on this site do not require an account. Internal administrative areas are protected by authenticated sign-in and access is limited to authorised Tarnz Studio team members. Database tables use row-level security so that data is only accessible to the roles that need it.

• Enquiry forms: name, email, business name, and any details you choose to share so we can reply to your request.
• Merch & print requests: the same contact details plus the artwork or logo files you upload, stored in a private storage bucket and only accessed by our team to fulfil your order.
• AI assistant chat: the messages you send to the on-site assistant so we can answer follow-ups and improve responses.
• Basic request data: standard server logs (e.g. timestamp, page) used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to work (for example, keeping you signed in if you access an internal area). We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site, including Lovable (hosting & application platform), Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider only processes the data needed to deliver its service.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us by emailing info@tarnzstudio.com. If you have a security concern about this website, please email the same address with "Security" in the subject line and we will respond as soon as possible.
