- Does Tarnz Studio build websites?
- Yes. We design and build custom, mobile-first websites with on-page SEO, analytics and lead capture included. Websites are built around how your customers actually find and contact you, not a template page count.
- Does Tarnz Studio provide SEO?
- Yes. We handle technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content structure and local search visibility for New Zealand businesses.
- Does Tarnz Studio manage Google Ads?
- Yes. We set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including keyword and conversion tracking setup so you can see what each campaign returns. Advertising spend is paid to Google directly and sits outside our management fee.
- Can Tarnz Studio automate business processes with AI?
- Yes. We build AI automation such as custom agents for lead qualification, inbox triage and first response, alongside rules-based business automation for enquiries, quoting, onboarding, follow-up and reporting.

- Yes. We handle social media content creation and management, including photo and video content, scheduling and channel management.

- How much does it cost to work with Tarnz Studio?
- Custom websites start from a one-off project fee, and ongoing work runs as fixed monthly packages. Full package details and inclusions are on our pricing page, and every project is confirmed with a fixed quote before work starts.
- Is the first consultation free?
- Yes. Discovery calls are free and no-obligation. We'll discuss your goals and come back with a recommended plan and a fixed quote.
- Do I need to sign a long contract?
- No long lock-ins. Monthly packages run month to month after the initial build phase and can be adjusted or paused with reasonable notice.
- How quickly can a project start?
- Most projects begin within one to two weeks of the discovery call, once scope, package and setup are confirmed.
- Can I take one service instead of a full package?
- Yes. Individual services are available, and we'll tell you honestly which one is likely to move the needle first for your situation.
- Will Tarnz Studio share my project publicly?
- Only with your written permission. Client confidentiality is a core value — project details and client identities are not publicly disclosed by default.
